Our temperature monitoring products assist with 24/7 monitoring of storage areas, cooking processes and refrigeration control (fridges at 40°F, freezers with temperatures down at 0°F, -22°F,- 40°F & -112°F). Temperature monitoring starts at the very beginning of any good food safety process and while our temperature monitoring systems can record fridges, freezers and cold rooms, the handhelds can be used during preparation and cooking processes.

Humidity control is especially important when food is stored for long periods of time. It is recommended that 15% humidity or lower is maintained to avoid moisture in the air having destructive effects on the quality of the food in storage.
