The HM005 handheld food safety thermometer is easy to use with a simple point-and-probe action and provides a cost-effective solution to high accuracy measurement. It is ideal for a wide range of applications such as farming, food manufacturing, food service, catering, supermarkets and restaurants – particularly for repeat recordings where accuracy and speed are important.

The integral sensor is fixed to the unit with general purpose needle probe for use wherever penetration of semi-solid product is required – e.g. cooked/chilled foods.

The HM005 includes ThermaSprint Technology that delivers an impressive 2 second response time – up to 10 times faster than conventional digital measurements.
