Stay Safe

Following on from the recent developments to the UK’s current pandemic guidelines, we wanted to update you on our current status.

All of our staff are following government guidelines on social distancing, and are staying home when they are told to do so. We have taken measures to discourage travel (especially in regards to public transport), and all staff who are able to work from home will be continuing to do so until further notice.

Our phone lines are slowly beginning to reopen, however our service and support teams are still dealing with the dispersed nature of home working. We encourage you to make use of the contact forms available online wherever possible.

Additionally, our manufacturing facilities staffing levels will continue to be kept to a minimum, and we will provide further notification as and when the Government make additional announcements. This will inevitably cause some delays to our supply of products and services and are doing everything within our power to minimise the impact on our customers.

We are committed to the health and well-being of our employees and their families and we feel that the additional changes outlined are essential to safeguard our workforce.
