Discontinuation of Hanwell Humidifiers and Dehumidifiers

Please be informed that Hanwell have made the difficult decision to cease production and sale of all heaters, humidifiers, and de-humidifiers including the popular CCR30 range. This is due to the obsolescence of various components required to manufacture these products, which has also resulted in difficulties procuring them when needed.

There are enough components in storage to produce a few more units, however once these have been claimed we will no longer be able to provide CCR30s. This product will be withdrawn from sale, with no plans to provide a replacement.

Hanwell Solutions will continue to provide spares and relevant services (provided we are able to continue sourcing the spares) for the foreseeable future. We will also be continuing to provide Humidistats that are often used with appropriate third party, humidifiers, de-humidifiers, and heaters.

In addition to the CCR30 products we will also cease to offer our range of third party Heaters, Humidifiers and Dehumidifiers. With the recent changes following Brexit, it has highlighted the difficulties of maintaining product lines outside of our core competencies. We no longer feel that we are able to provide these products with the level of service that our customers expect, at a price point that would prove to be good value for money. It is therefore with regret that we have decided to withdraw these products from our range. There are numerous other companies that are able to provide these products as part of their product lines, and better positioned to provide the best level of support these specialist products require.
